DYNAMIC PRO*C M4 and MULTIPLE CURSORS

Has anyone had any success writing a PRO*C method 4 application that uses multiple cursors and dynamic queries. I have tried in vain many times to get an application to function to no avail. Oracle support claims that their is no problems having multiple dynamic queries and cursors. I Have seen Method 4 using fixed queries and cursors with modifiable bind areas, but that is not dynamic.
Is it necessary to use OCI for such a task????
Ideas, suggestions, war stories anyone , please reply :), and remember have fun !!! For without fun, why would anyone do these kinds to things.
