Comments Sought on R&R Reportwriter, IQ Query, & Other Reportwriters

My cleint is running V7 on a Novell LAN, and wants to use a third-party report writer product. He is currently considering R&R Reportwriter and IQ Query. I would like to hear from users from either of these products, or if you are using a different product: pros, and cons.
Also, wasn't R&R Reportwriter purchased by Sybase a few years ago?
