Heiko,
You cannot run Oracle6 for DOS in an OS/2 DOS box because Oracle's memory manager (SQLPME) is not DPMI compliant. You may succeed in loading SQLPME, but once you try to load ORACLE6.EXE, you will have problems. You should run Oracle6 or 7 for OS/2.
