This can be caused by a cursor loop loosing control if a commit is made.
ie. You've got a cursor loop in some code that iterrates. Every so often
the right conditions are met and some sneaky if statment decides its time
to do a commit. The next time you go back for a row from the cursor
loop.
ORA-01002 pops-up.
It may be caused by other things, but thats the one I know about and it
took about a week to focus down on exactly what was causing it.
