It still might be useful if you spelled out some of those differences, i.e. network cards, NET.CFGs, other differences. Might you have a problem with packet buffers on your server? Did you change anything on the segment where the O7 3.12 server resides? (we had a problem with one server with inadequate memory kicking off clients on a multi-server segment).
