For Ms-Windows you can use LPA Prolog for Windows + Prodata Interface for
LPA Prolog + SQL*Net for WIndows.
Note that it's not an expert system shell, but a toolkit that gives you
the facilitiy to access Oracle databases, as they were facts in memory.
