sqlnet v1 and v2 under windows

Can I install both sqlnet v1 AND v2 under windows (actually wfw) and run the appropriate protocol as needed? I would never be running both at the same time but can I switch between the two?
I understand the if I upgrade to v2 Oracle will no longer give me support for sqlent v1, which is a real drag. In addition, although we have a unix server running both v1 and v2, if windows runs v2 I will not be able to connect to any of my other unix servers running v1. This makes ugrading very difficult. I would need to upgrade ALL my Oracle servers at once!
