You'll be glad to know that ORACLE (lack-of) support says oraterm20 does not work and the only way to know you get correct resource files is to use resprint and resparse that should be in your executable directory. If you use resprint, it creates a sizeable ascii file that you can then modify. Most of it, including how to change attributes etc is editable. You can change the characters the term sends from function keys etc. You can even rename the device and device file. We did so for a 16 X 21 hand-held terminal and have had good success.

BTW ORACLE support also says that resprint and resparse are undocumented and unsupported. Make frequent back-ups of the files you are working on.
