How to turn Oracle statistics Off?

I have been measuring Oracle Performance. Off course,parameters in *.ora( e.g. timed_statistics = FALSE etc)  related to oracle statistics are set FALSE.

But some statistics are recorded in data dictionary. ( .e.g. v$sysstat,v$datafile,v$filestat etc.)

Would someone tell me the way to turn off those statistics ?
