List of Values Bug?

Problem: When List of Values is displayed in a pop up window using sqlforms v3, the right side of the scroll status bar which starts as a vertical line, becomes cluttered with horizontal bar characters as you tab thru the list.
Specifics: I am using the upgrd220.r resource file with a DEC VT220 terminal connected to Oracle v6.0.32.3.2 running on a Sequent Dynix box. I am using sqlforms design v3.0.16.4.1 and sqlforms runform v2.3.31.1.4.
Question: Has anyone run into this and knows what release it might be fixed at or is it something I can fix myself.
