I have used both ERwin and S Designor and find both to be quite useful. I purchased ERwin finding it to be a little more mature of a product, but a little more expensive than S Designor. Both are a little bit quirky (ERwin insists on IDEF1X methodology, S Designor makes a different logical/phisical model distinction than I would). Both seem well engineered and reliable.
I have not used System Architect. I found its sales literature to be too confusing. The number of components to the product may make it powerful, but after reading their brochures really couldn't figure out how they all fit together.
