SQL*NET V2 Installation

Hi, Everyone!


I'm trying to use the official Net V2 config tool.
But when i run:


   net_conf net_conf/net_conf -c vt220


it gives me an error:


   Can't read from NC_START


I can not get a hold on tech support (at least 10 hours respond time).
So if any kind soul have an idea - please help me.
