oraterm and utd

In "creation.utd" under $ORACLE_HOME/oraterm/doc,
2. Login on that device and run "utd new". This prompts you to
press the physical keys to be used, captures the sequence
that each key emits, and generates the initial version of the
.utd file for the device.
cd $ORACLE_HOME/oraterm/admin
utd new
Any idea about where I could get this "utd" ? I didn't see this in our installation site (Oracle V6).
