It depends :-) How light is light? Is the system running client/server or direct connection ? How often do users make queries? etc, etc.....
If you were to configure for Oracle*Financials then for 150 users you would be looking at 4 processor SPARCserver 1000 with a couple of SPARCserver 20 front-end possiblity.
One the other hand if it was just a TPC-A like transaction then a SPARCserver 5 could concieveably do it.
Processor cache is important to databases. The SPARCserver 10 and 20s have 1MB caches whereas the SPARCserver 5 only has 24KB. At higher numbers of users this will be increasingly important.
So, in short there is no simple answer.
