THOMAS -- The new Forms_DDL() built-in will accomplish this job. It is
effectively a SQL passthrough mechanism, allowing you to
send any string to the server, be it DDL, a block of PL/SQL
code, etc. Its full functionality was initially documented
in the 4.0.12 "Relnotes.doc" file (RELNOTES.WRI on windows),
but it should now be in the reprint of the manuals that is
in shipping.
