As far as I'm concerned, Oracle Support is now our last resort. We've used Oracle Financials and Manufacturing for a couple years now and support as become progressively worse. Even non-application support has gone downhill. I like to think we have a good staff here and we probably have people that know more about the Oracle applications than tech support if not some of the developers. I personally have TAR's on Oracle's system that are more than SIX MONTHS old!!!
