It looks like you have to create the 'dba' group and give it to the oracle id. The creation script tries to do a 'connect internal', which can only be done if you are in the group that oracle was linked under (typically 'dba'). If you are not in that group, oracle thinks that you are trying to log into the username 'internal' and asks for a password.
