Revision Control w/ Oracle Tools

My company is assisting two clients with large application development efforts using Oracle 7.0 and the Oracle application development tools. One client is using the CDE Toolkit and the other is using Forms 3.0, Menu 5.0 and RW 1.1. At both sites we are considering alternatives for revision control. None of the Oracle tools lend themselves to easy implementation of a revision control system.
Do any of you who have faced this issue have suggestions for handling version control in the Oracle environment? Any input would be appreciated.
Also, has anyone used any of the 3rd party software tools that help manage Oracle 7.0 database objects such as stored procedures and database triggers? I have seen some ads but have not heard of anyone using such products.
Thanks in advance,
Chris Cummings
