Oracle Consulting Advise Needed.

I am new to this net news concept, so if this is an inappropriate message for this group, I do sincerely apologize to any who are offended or burdened by having to read this.

Anyway, does anybody have knowlege to share about who does good but cheap Oracle consulting? We need to quickly gain experience with basic administration, table building, and data importation. Due to the time constraints on this project we simply don't have time to attend the Oracle training classes. We have already inquired into the Chicago Oracle consulting office, but they were a bit steep for our pocketbooks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
