[Q] SQL*XA

Hi.
I'm looking for someone who is using a transaction monitor (e.g. Encina) to connect to oracle via the XA interface.

I want to know

	o which version of Oracle is required?
	o any references to existing applications?
	o can performance be increased by a multithreaded Encina-server
		that has access to Oracle, instead of several
		single-threaded processes?
	o any personal experience

P.S: I have *no* experience with Oracle...
