Syncronizing NetWare & Oracle passwords

We are a PowerBuilder shop and are in the process of creating several apps all of which use Oracle. We want to create a common login window for folks to use each time they need to connect to Oracle. Can we eliminate this by getting the NetWare id/password and sending this to Oracle and also have NetWare keep the Oracle id/password in-sync?. This syncronization could be similar to the way NetWare keeps passwords in sync between servers. Please e-mail estephen_at_erc.cat.syr.edu since I don't subscribe to the above newsgroups.
