User Group / Resource info wanted

Hi,

Our organization is new to Oracle. We will be running 7.1 on a HP-UX 9.X system. I figure the quickest way to get up to speed is:

1. Follow this news group ! :-)
2. Find out about USER GROUPS. Please post info (with phone #'s if available). What you like and dislike about these groups, etc.
3. Magazines and books......
4. ftp archives
5. Find the FAQ for Oracle DB's if there is one......
