Forms4 - what os?

What operating system is this available on at the moment, is it dos or os/2?
I have the 'Oracle Tools and Database' package v6 - is there an equivalent thing for v7 (any 'pc' os)? For dos?
I suspect I may have to move from dos to os/2, in which case I may also consider unix. What is the current projected availability of Forms4 on different platforms (eg Solaris for intel (!? :-)) , SCO, etc).
