Of course if you want to avoid re-inventing the wheel and have client-server capability several PC-tools that read Oracle databases will do the hard work for you; Q+E, APPROACH, if you can fathom ODBC ACCESS, VB etc.
I think Oracle finally conceded CSV might be required, and its facilitated in ORACLE DATA QUERY or is it DATA BROWSER I forget.
