Help Us Design Your Next Server


We are in the process of setting our design objectives for our next generation servers. If you would take a few minutes to answer the questions below and e-mail the result to me it would be very helpful to us. We need to make many design trade-offs as we go through the system design process, so having your thoughts will make it easier for us to do the best for you.

Please do not post your reply, as I am posting this request in many discussion groups that I do not subscribe to. If you don't e-mail your comments to me, I may not get them.
