I might be able to help. We too have had problems with Forms on the SCO console, although we are running V6. Our console worked fine for SQL FORMS 2.3 and 3.0 under SCO v3.2.2, but when we upgraded to SCO v3.2.4.1, our SQL FORMS 2.3 screens looked like yours. Our FORMS 3.0 screens look fine.  

We were able to come up with a partial solution to this problem. We used the CRT utility to remap the graphics lines to normal ASCII chars ie.|/\,. You could do the same using Oracle*Terminal.  

If someone knows of a real fix, I'ld also like to here of it.
