Forms 3.0.16, DBMS 6.0.36

Setup: Block 1 is "master block" w/ 6 fields. The types in a value(s) in any of the fields and executes a query. This block is used to look up a customer id for use in Block 2, "detail block". When the right customer is found, the user hits NEXT_BLOCK. The cursor goes to the next block, does an EXECUTE_QUERY and can find multiple items used by that customer. This block's table is a view. Some of the fields in this block are coded, so the code is looked up and "expanded to english" (like translating the code CA to California) and displayed in a non-database field. These two blocks are on page 1.

With the cursor in block 2, the user moves the cursor to the record (8 are displayed) they want more details on and hits a F key which goes to another block on page two.

Question: When I go to page two, I always get a CAUTION: Do you want to commit the changes you have made? Is there any way to avoid this pop-up page from appearing? I really am not changing any values in either block 1 or block 2.
