At wit's end on resolving the following:

ERROR:
ORA-00602: internal programming exception %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=!XB, virtual address=!XL, PC=!XL  PSL=!XL This error occurs when we try to run ORACLE SQL*Plus code which selects from several tables, does a couple of outer joins and an order by.

The code runs on the SUN SPARK. It also runs on our VAX. However, on our client's VAX (which is running the same version of ORACLE (6.0.33.1)) as our VAX, the error occurs.

The VAX versions are different: client's VAX version is 5.5.2.

                                 Our VAX version is 5.5.

We have a TAR in at ORACLE, but they haven't seemed to be of much help. (The TAR has been out for about a month.)

ORACLE suggested bumping up several quotas for both the ORACLE account and the user account. We have done this. In fact, one by one, we finally bumped all the quotas in both the client's ORACLE and user accounts to match our VAX ORACLE and user configuration.

We also mirrored the client's sysgen parameters with our VAX sysgen parameters. After the quotas/sysgen parameters were changed, we restarted the VAX and ORACLE. The SQL*plus code still crashes with the above error.

Any help would be appreciated.
