This is really rediculous.
I created too many roles under DBA when I was not aware of the maximum(20 by default). I granted the roles to dba and ORACLE did not warn me then. So when I wanted to log back in as a DBA, ORACLE does not let me!
Now I am locked out. I cannot shut down the instance and reset the default maximum roles and I cannot drop or revoke or tear or burn the roles when I cannot log in as a dba.
I am desperate and depressed.
