I've moaned and groaned about Oracle tech support on this BBS a few times recently (mostly concerning OraV7 on DEC Alpha). In one of my last posts I complained about rude CEs at the response center and guess what ...
First I got an email from an Oracle QA Manager asking about technical problems I was having with the installer ...
then I got a TELEPHONE CALL from a response center manager asking about rude CEs!
Both people seemed genuinely interested in my problems and left email addresses and/or phone numbers! I am ALL KINDS OF IMPRESSED!
