Benchmarking for Oracle database

Hi! Sorry if this is a FAQ. But I haven't seen it under the FAQ posted from thisuser group. I'm currently trying to evaluate the performance of Oracle 7 vs Oracle 6. Is there any benchmarking program around that I could use ?

Currently my Oracle 6.0 is running under Banyan Vines 4.11(5)

             Oracle 7 is running under SCO Unix

Any helps is greatly appreciated ...
