I don't have the number here at the moment but PowerSoft operates a nice little 'FaxBack' system which contains sales to support documents for immediate transmission. If you would like it, email me and I'll send it to you.

If you have specific questions about the tool itself, I may be able to answer those as well but the FaxBack is probably the way to go.
