SQL*Net from Token Ring to Ethernet

We are wanting to connect our Token Ring LAN to our Unisys ethernet so we can use Oracle SQL*Net for Windows Client/Server development. Here are the specifics of the two LANS:

Token Ring Lan
OS/2 2.0 with OS/2 LanServer 3.0
PS/2 model 80 386 w 486 Now Chip

TCP/IP NFS on Ethernet
Unisys Unix Server
SCO Unix Workstations

We would like to put some ethernet card in the OS/2 box which will allow the OS/2 clients to use TCP/IP and ultimately SQL*Net.
