books && pl/sql, sql, forms

Here in Cambridge I use the university license but the Oracle manuals are very expensive. Does somebody out there know some good books concerning:

SQL
PL/SQL
FORMS We are using Oracle V6.3 and I will probably do a lot of programming. To give you a clue, it concerns a (lot of) paleoclimatologic data.
