I agree that it would be highly desirable to allow incoming/outgoing mail. Last year I was extremely disappointed when I tried my "personal" Oracle Mail account at IOUW, only to find it mostly filled with promotional fluff.
Oracle could send the outgoing mail through their external gateway. If I could send out a mail message with my Oracle*Mail address, incoming Internet mail would be no more "dangerous" than it already is.
