7.0.12 is supported on both Solaris 2.1 and 2.2 with the one proviso that the multi-threaded server does not work with Solaris 2.2. This should be rectified with 7.0.13 which is the next release.

I have installed 7.0.12 on a single cpu Sparc 10 with no problems.
