4GL Testing ?

The "V" Model with:

	Acceptance Testing
	System Testing
	Integration Testing
	Unit Testing
	Design Testing
	Requirements Testing

and with techniques like:

	Black box
	White box
 

and supported by tools like:

	McCabe
	DECset
	Verilog
	...

is well documented, tried and trusted for 3GL programming.

What about 4GL programming like Oracle's SQL*forms of Ingres/4GL, etc. Apart from saying that the principles apply, can anyone relate

	experiences
	references (books, papers, articles, etc.)
	software support
