Want Oracle/HyperCard for Windows

We have a HyperCard application running
Oracle for Macintosh 2.0 (Oracle6) and
SQL*Net 1.5 which we would like to make
available to the large number of people in our organization who prefer PCs to Macs.

Is there a windows application which can run HyperCard stacks with minimal,
preferrably no, conversion? The stack
in question includes XCMDs so conversion of the XCMD or the provision of equivalent functionality is desired.
