Help with Proc User Exits

Need help with ProC

 I have a forms program that calls a ProC written USER EXIT. The  form contains a multi-line block containing several records as shown  below.

    Code Description

    001    Desc-1
    002    Desc-2
    003    Desc-3
   

 I would like to access each row in turn from the multi-line block  and process it. Can someone please provide me some code or advice  on how this can be done. I can access a single FORMS field but  don't know how to refer to a multi-line block.
