Front-End for Oracle

I'm developing a data entry system that will feed into Oracle's Purchasing application. What I need is a simple, inexpensive GUI-based front end product that runs on the Mac and Windows. I've looked at Claris' FileMaker Pro, which seems to fit the bill. Does anyone know of any other products in the same general market niche? I need to compile a list of candidate products before selecting the one that best fits my needs.
