UPDATION IN A CALLED FORM - SQL*FORMS 3.0 PROBLEM

I am facing one problem :

I am updating some data in form A and then calling form B(non-replace mode). Then I insert records(some other table) thru form B. I post these records in form B and then try to come back to form A. But as soon as come back to form A, all my changes in form B are rolled back and I am not able to insert the records thru form B. After posting records in form B, I am using EXIT_FORM procedure to return back to callling form. Is there any other way to return back to calling form in such a scenario.
