Relational Database on PC

Hi,

        I have heard that ORACLE, SYBASE and IMFORMIX are available on     PC (DOS?) now.
    I'll appreciate very much if anyone can give me any help on the following     questions:

        (if there are all available on PC)

1. Which one is relative better among them for PC.
2. Whether our hardware (IBM PS1 486 with 8 MB RAM) is good enough to run it.
3. Are these database's 4GLs also avaiable on PC.
4. What's the rough price.
