When I use the Real Time Indexing of the TextRetrieval, It is creating the Word list but not the bit locations. So the amendments to the long text are not available for searching. Incremental Indexing utility also behaves the same way. Does any of you in the net know how to circumvent this problem till Oracle comes out with a patch. The only way I know is to run the Global Reindexing utility overnight. This is a big overhead and the users have to wait till the next day to search on the amendments to the text.

I am using TextRetrieval version 2.0.7 on DBMS 6.0.33 on the SUN. I am not sure if the same problem exists in other platforms. Also I would like to know if the patch is released in USA (it is not availble in Australia and ORACLE corporation does not know when it will be available here).

Thanks in advance
