                   2. C Programming Language 
                      (Basics are fine).

Desired Skills:    Working knowledge of VAX VMS.
                            or
                   Working knowledge of Unix.
             
		   Pro*C
                       
                   Be able to read/interpret 
                   Entity-Relationship Diagram.
