I was told the slow scrolling problem for SQL*Forms on the mac was due to the GUI toolkit level Oracle used. The remedy will be the new toolkit that SQL*Forms 4.0, ReportWriter 2.0, etc. are based on.
I have been waiting since last summer... We found the scrolling speed unacceptable and have stuck to terminal emulation (yuk!).
