ORACLE7 Disk Space Calcs

Does anyone have a reliable formula for estimating disk space usage for ORACLE7 tables? I have seen such a script for Oracle 6.x but not for ORACLE7. It took into account the table's columns, indexs, and number of rows. We will be using the new BLOB type if that makes any difference. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
