"Mirroring" of Database

I have an Oracle v6 database residing on the MicroVAX 3100. Due to rising demand in the information on this server, I would like to create another database on the Oracle for Netware v6 server. The content will mirror that of the MicroVAX.
How would you suggest I go about creating this "mirror" image of the database without having to do extensive coding.
