Sybase to Oracle v7 conversion tools wanted

I have a client that needs to port a large number of Sybase stored procedures, triggers, table definitions, and other Sybase specific stuff to Oracle. I understand that version 7 has some of these facilities. Does anyone know of any tools that can help in the conversion?
