I too have experienced problems with identifying trace files. The best solution I could find was to use the monitor to discover the Oracle process number and use that to narrow down the possibilities. It seems to me that it should be possible to discover the Oracle process number more directly but I could not find out how to do that. Received on Thu Sep 10 1992 - 13:34:27 CEST
