Need recommendation on compaq systempro

We are considering impletmenting an existing appointment scheduling application written in Oracle 6.0.34 (and currently running on an AST 486/33, 24Mb of RAM) on a DUAL processor compaq systempro. Is it reasonable to expect from 25-60 logins to run this application on the systempro. The compaq would have 5Mb of cache and 72Mb of RAM with a 1Gb hard disk. It is unclear what statistics I can currently monitor to decide this. It is currently being used by about 8 people simultaneously without problems.

We have about $30K to spend on the hardware and are also considering an IBM RS/6000-520H and Sun server. How do these compare? Is the tpc-a rating of the box a good indication. I dont have this figure for the compaq yet (please let me know if you know what it is) but the Rs/6000 is 42.

I would appreciate ANY adivice on the use of the systempro and any other suggestions on what hardware you would recommend.
